Sliding folding shutter maintenance

Under normal circumstances FlexiGlide sliding folding shutters require very little maintenance. However, there are a few simple things that should be done regularly (we suggest every 3 months) to keep your FlexiGlide shutter in perfect shape:

  1. Remove any dirt or debris from the top track, floor sockets and pocket door.
  2. Lubricate rollers and track (some WD40 works fine).
  3. Visually inspect your sliding shutter for any damage and contact us if you suspect any problems.

You can safely clean your FlexiGlide sliding folding shutter with a damp rag and a non-abrasive cleaner.

Annual servicing of your sliding folding shutter
